I think it’s almost time to show you what I’ve been working on, on and off, since June last year. Not because it’s done, but because I’m close to giving up.
I love this project. It’s right up my alley. But I’ve hit some issues around widget refreshes after CloudKit syncs that I can’t solve in a way I’m happy with.
So maybe it’s time to put the cards on the table, get your input, and see whether to keep pushing or park it for good.

Here’s a sneak peek at Canvases, an app I’ve been building on/off over the past 12+ months. It’s a visual editor for building canvases that can be placed on the Home Screen as widgets. Canvases can be modified later, including with fresh data from Shortcuts.
