Bombing bridges and power plants that serve primarily civilian purposes, without clear and immediate military necessity, would violate the principles of distinction, proportionality, and military necessity under International Humanitarian Law. Such actions would likely be classified as war crimes.
Yet, most of our leaders are not taking a stand against Trump. Shameful.
