@whitequark@social.treehouse.systems Yeah, I expect you're right. Preaching to the choir here, but even mild cases can still have severe long term effects, so people are hardly being rational. Not that that's news, but still.

@xgranade@wandering.shop @whitequark@social.treehouse.systems and mild is sadly relative - deaths have declined by several orders of magnitude, but it's a multi-organ disease ... just the other day I saw this study which showed damage to the brain's dopamine system even in people who didn't have Long Covid but a history of infection(s).
