There was a man outside the building who began to sing something in a language I couldn't understand, and he was shot. (After waking up, I realised it was Bella Ciao.) The officer then told everyone to leave the buliding immediately, because it was not open for the public. Everyone began to leave, and I couldn't find my sibling. I was forced to leave as well, without them. There was a forest near the bombed buildings that was untouched by the war, so I walked there. Something began to weigh me down, so I threw the American flag in my pocket into the mud and watched it sink. I felt a lot lighter. I kept walking, ducking and hiding under trees every time those futuristic machines flew by. I walked until I began hearing voices ahead of me. I wasn't sure if I was hallucinating, or if they were real, but whatever it was I kept walking towards them. I came across a small house that was beside a dirt road. There were three or four men, reading books and chatting while resting in hammocks. I stumbled towards them, and two noticed me and immediately got up to help me. One took off my wolf head that I was apparently wearing all this time, and asked me what happened. I told the man, and the other said "You're bleeding a lot, son." I looked at him to see that he was my grandfather, a very young version of him. I knew at this moment I was in 1960s Caribbean.
