Speaking with a friend at the weekend and he told me he lost his job on Friday - directly replaced by AI (he worked in an office, doing logistics). What is worse (or interesting); his partner still defends AI as being "just a tool" and that it can still help us all in our day-to-day lives. And I mean.... your partner has just lost their job! And yet you still hold this position of protecting technology 😩 😩 😩
