@benroyce@mastodon.social Too a point, perhaps, but the way you have built your cities actually makes this sort of action much harder than in Europe. When towns and cities have a rabbit warren of narrower roads, streets and alleyways it is easier to bring them to a standstill, and for protestors to get away from police. It is much harder to accomplish the same feat in a sprawling suburb crossed by vast St roads, and that is arguably by design!
