Three weeks since our last #parkrun (and my last run of any kind), we headed back to Albert Park in #Middlesbrough, which was our first ever course and also where we both have our PBs. No way was that kind of time happening today though, it's sunny and humid and I could barely make it a quarter mile at a time before stopping for a walk! Still. Survived. And even survived driving us back home, despite a very sketchy junction where I got beeped at for being too slow. The perils of being a #LearnerDriver 😭
