The only positive thing I can say about dragging myself to #parkrun this morning is that at least it was 9 degrees cooler than it is now 🥵 Oh and also that the vibes at #Redcar were immaculate, but tbh they always are. #Running in the heat is really not for me! Unfortunately we've signed up to a 10k in August though so I better get used to it fast 🙈 Respect to everyone who managed it this morning.
