Genesis billing got broke by having to actually pay split rates for peak/off-peak exports (paraphrasing a support case I raised)
This has delayed my move to wholesale/spot pricing and I'm very irritated by this.

it's irritating because the car needs charging, and it doubles the cost. I was friendly to the person on live chat though, so they are going off to nag billing. Hopefully because I was friendly, even though frustrated about it (I wasn't as friendly to the chat bot 😅)
