PM Carney's mantra, "when we control our own energy, we control our own future" with 3 pillars of the "global energy crisis" laid out:
1) affordability of energy
2) energy supply
3) climate change

[Carney's] address was "more about plans to sell our oil & gas than about ensuring we have enough energy ourselves. We're not talking about Canadian energy security."
