Different Headband doubles back and finds his partner's body while poking around.
Back in the Law Enforcement Fusion Center, Natalie and the other cops are watching some other terrorism drama unfold.
Different headband goes to the local Indigenous Bar to consult with the literal natives. He meets Original Headband who somehow knows what he's asking about and tells them an ancient legend about Wolfren, a magic wolf who eats people, and also dispense Generic Native Wisdom.
