I have questions for people who have a breadmaker machine they use to make gluten-free bread specifically: 1. Does your machine make good gluten-free bread? 2. How often do you actually use it? How did you get into a routine with it? 3. If you have a machine that is PFAS / Teflon / PTFE-free (i.e, with a steel or ceramic insert) that you like, I'd love to know the brand!
