It's a fun culinary weekend! Last night, we made Syracuse salt potatoes with our cod and veggies, this morning we had fresh blackberry syrup made last night in the Zojirushi bread maker, and tonight it will be a Lebanese cucumber salad with yogurt, garlic, and mint, and for dessert, fresh peaches over vanilla ice cream.
Potatoes, black berries, peaches, and cucumbers are all thanks to the Saturday morning farmer's market!

@jkirkendall@wandering.shop I love our local farmers' market! We follow a plant-based diet in our house, and it's just wonderful to have truly fresh veg every day this time of year. (They had fresh raspberry and strawberries yesterday, too, so that was such a lovely treat for our morning porridge.)
