Yep do not even access personal web stuff on work devices. I’ve seen TLS trust stores modified and all “encrypted” traffic potentially inspected on work devices.

Opposite also needs careful consideration: I once wanted access company email on my personal phone and the prerequisite was installing an “iOS configuration profile” that gave the company control privileges including remote wiping!
