When I was preparing for my #pole choreo (which includes me wearing skirts) there sometimes was a mom sharing the room with me and training by herself. She brought her son along. Today she told me that what he saw in training triggered a conversation in their family about clothes and gender. The son agrees that clothes are for everyone - and now he knows that his parents would support him if he ever wants to try out skirts or dresses. Even better: A boy in his class got harassed for wearing pink so he stepped in with: "Pink is for everyone. I even know a man who's wearing skirts and who does amazing tricks on the pole." #Visibility 🥰
