@svuorela@helvede.net @osma@mas.to @anderspuck@mastodon.social Anders, did you actually read the book? There is an answer to why they selected this place. And according to the book, the they were not flying the Ukrainian flag, but the German one. Generally, a lot of your unanswered questions are answered in the book. (Not meaning I believe everything in the book.)

@kallekn@mastodonsweden.se @svuorela@helvede.net @osma@mas.to Why did they pick the place, then? I haven't seen a meaningful explanation yet. The boat was flying a small Ukrainian flag in the mast, but it was registered in Germany and obviously had a German ensign.
