There was an active shooter at the Salsa on St Clair festival a couple of blocks west of us. The festivalgoers have not left the area yet; when we got home ~15 minutes ago we saw the Toronto police on horseback in squads of four covering side streets. Helicopter overhead but that might be news coverage - not medevac though. #Toronto
