so, after my second covid shot i acquired chronic spontaneous urticaria. i basically break out into hives to no reason and it only gets worse from scratching. (to be clear, i'm not anti-vax, these things can happen with anything that messes with your immune system, and i was just unlucky enough for it to happen to me from a shot) after like 6 years it's finally starting to alleviate. i don't have to take nearly as many antihistamines nearly as often anymore. down from a full dose every day to half a dose every few days. it's nice at least something is going right. if only my mental health could start improving too.
