The fact that TestFlight for macOS sometimes holds a new build for review way beyond the iOS build - sometimes for days - is a weekly source of pain. And they don't have a way to just submit it for "review" before it actually goes public, either, so you can't stage it and wait. Entirely at their mercy. (Also this entire review step shouldn't even be a thing in the first place for TestFlight. As I and millions of others have complained about for years.)
