So should we set limits world-wide or nation-wide? No billionaires in the US (but why not elsewhere?), no millionaires North of the equator?
Btw, how many billionaires are there?

I think the idea of different thresholds for different parts of the world highlights another important aspect of wealth inequality - the national and continental levels. As discussed in a subthread with @drscriptt@oldbytes.space , to me ultimately the question is really about fairer wealth distribution in general, not the exact limit.
