I mentor this 18 year old who’s into #punk and we talk about music a lot. I asked her what she thinks of older bands like The Strokes and White Stripes and she said, “That’s Dad Rock.” And I said, “Okay, well what do you call Led Zep and the Beatles?” And she said, “That’s Classic Rock.” Just wanted to report back from #GenZ so we’re all updated on the terms.
