Less lovely: The rail situation. Usually, there are three Corail trains Mon-Fri. Le Mans -> Paris in the morning, back in the evening. But: A thunderstorm damaged an interlocking on the line. After 1.5 weeks, they still hadn't fixed it and had to run on sight. Which resulted in 1 Corail being cancelled and 1 cut short to Le Mans - Chartres.

But one Corail is better than no Corail, it only meant that I had no margin of error at all. I had to get this picture right. And so I was at the station at 5:30 for a short 10 minute train ride over to Saint-Piat. #LaFranceTractée
