Irish and gaillige speaking friends, I'm changing my last name to my great grandmother's maiden name, which I know would have been prefaced with ní, but I'm agender so that feels a little weird, and I could go with the O' but I'm wondering if there's ever been a non gendered preface for names in Irish language, or if maybe there is one created now? I know it's maybe a long shot, but I would love to find out if I have an option, otherwise I may just run with O'. #Irish #gaillige #names
