@jexner@tooting.ch Yeah, nothing is ever just one or the other.
For me, my dyslexia means I heavily rely on logic, and if there is none, I pick the "wrong" answer most of the time (left-right, east-west, etc.).
I even logically determined why I mostly pick the wrong answer:
- I notice I often get it wrong because I see no logic (often may just be 50% at that point).
- I train myself not to pick the option I would pick intuitively
- for a while I pick the right answer after hesitation
- at some point my intuition changes
- I still don't trust my intuition, so I pick the wrong answer after hesitation
To this day I mostly pick the wrong cupboard in my childhood home whenever I try to get a glass (left) or plate (right).
