'Radical' idea to bring down housing costs in Canada... permanently freeze land values across the nation. Land is one of the largest components of building housing, freezing it's value would over time lower that cost. Additionally it would eliminate land speculation, since you couldn't sell it for more than you bought it speculators would be eliminated from the market. #housing #cdnpoli #Canada
