Interesting: to meet the 'challenging' increases in military spending in #Canada, the article says the C.D. Howe Institute recommends increasing the GST and that "...the government has promised no tax increases.".
Sure: raise the GST (Harper was stupid to slash it years ago) so EVERYONE pays. How about this: TAX. THE. RICH. We've entered a time of new Robber Barons. Time to wake up.
