PRO TIP: Next time you make a barbecue, shove some aubergines on it when you’re finished. Leave them overnight and you’ll have this beautiful, smoky flesh in the morning. The don’t look like much when they’re done but they taste amazing, great for making Baba Ghanouj with 😋
