Had a nice chat with my neighbour, over a cup of tea.
She's now in on My Secret. I felt I needed her to know I am trans, because she was saying some things that were erroneous. Anyway, she is an ally, despite that. And, while I don’t mind if it slips out, My Secret will not spread.
Some days, it’s nice to have the reassurance of "Oh, if you hadn’t said I’d never would have known". ☺️

@snaptophobic@mastodon.me.uk Awww..... I can imagine it is always a difficult thing to open up about. But at least she is an ally who is learning.
