@Ronnie@mastodon.social as someone who is kinda personally defined way too much by my work, I mostly don't understand the whole, "omg yay it's the weekend!" thing because, like... it just interrupts my flow/vibe?
Breaks are needed sometimes, of course, but honestly I spend SO MANY weekends either bored or obsessing about the thing I'm going to code on Monday that it basically ruins it.
But maybe I'm just crazy.

@bigzaphod@mastodon.social I mean, I think you might be crazy but this probably isn’t why. That whole second paragraph is exactly why I answer emails on my days off and on vacation becuase I couldn’t enjoy my time off knowing I was going back to a lot of emails.
