Hey so I know this is uncomfortable but teenagers see porn and that's fine, it's not a new thing, teenagers have been furtively enjoying porn for as long as porn has existed. The idea that any exposure to any kind of sexual material will damage young people is, frankly, just an excuse to actually harm young people in profoundly domineering ways.

A teen who sees a cock is probably fine, a teen who has been rendered basically incapable of seeing a cock is actually almost certainly living in a kind of waking nightmare under the heel of incredible surveillance, punishment, and control.

@PallasRiot@social.treehouse.systems That's rather naïve. The pornography industry as it now is, promotes the objectification of women and violence against them. It isn't specifically an issue of youth exposure, although since it can mean learning misogyny at an formative age it is perhaps more damaging than for adults.
