@da_667@infosec.exchange aye I added your suggestion a while ago to my pile. I’ve done similar with ground beef stuffing or shredding them down for making pancakes or as my wife often demands, the zucchini bread (spiced) and cake (chocolate). Shredded zucchini freezes very well for baking. Also another simple recipe is just butter, onion, mushroom, zucchini and some garlic and crushed black pepper cooked down in a pot and poured over pasta. Can also be done on a covered steamer pan on a bbq as a messy side.
