@flexghost@mastodon.social From my time Neil Peart was so astonishing as a drummer that he and Rush put Canada on the map for contemporary music. Youtubers that focus on music of any genre listen to "Tom Sawyer" because the drumming was so ahead of its time. He also wrote the lyrics for their songs. He was so proficient only a woman could replace him after his death.
