@ascentale@sfba.social q8 we got hot but honestly not *that* hot. TODAY I got the Gazelle out of the back of the garage. THe frame is too rusty to trust so I want to make yard ornament.

@ascentale@sfba.social #BikeNitePQ I injured my shoulder somehow (getting better) bicycling a couple of weeks ago... probably a ligament type injury since it's taking awhile to heal. Anyone have any recommendations on stretches/exercises/things you should be doing to prevent those sorts of things? (also trying to adjust my handlebars/etc. to put less stress in those areas now).
