When a US law enforcement justifies murdering someone, they always use the same phrasing, whether they have cameras or not. At this point, everyone just assumes their pants are on fire. They are saying that whatever crime they think a person may have committed deserves summary execution. And the "he looked like" guys... Anyway, you can't take back bullets. If the justice system won't get these murderers off the streets, I hope there is a hell so they can spend some time there.
