Hello! This is a very late #NakedDieFriday talking. I got caught in something here and totally lost track of time.
Today we have one half of a chip. :D This FM336PLUS by Conexant contains two dies, but I only imaged one of them due to time constraints. The product itself is a "High Performance Fax Modem" going all the way up to 33600bps! Hands up those who had one of 33.6k modems back in the day. I did, and I loved it.

We have a logo! And it is not Conexant, but Rockwell. Coexant was spun off Rockwell in early 1999, so this die must have been designed before that happened.
