Philadelphia Fire Fighters and Paramedics Union posted a Facebook message addressed to MLB all-star game visitors to avoid the "colored areas" on the map of Philly if they wanted to stay alive. What they posted below it was a context-free map of non-fatal shootings and homicides with red and yellow dots. Most comments below were genuinely confused, but the folks who heard the dog whistle knew exactly what they were saying.
