I've always been fascinated how people think that becoming a movie quote soundboard makes them somehow sound competent. Today's special mention goes to "I don't want to hear excuses". Excuse are a valid thing. Sure, you can scream at a kid's face that their excuses are bad, but in general when an adult gives you a reasonable excuse for something that was not done, telling them you don't want to hear excuses does not make you seem like a cool person. It makes you seem like an ass with IQ limiter cranked all the way to the max. I get sometimes people would just want things to happen and it's inconvenient that they don't, but throwing a fit over it while ignoring the given facts is just lame.
