Did you save your own seed? Squash are super eager to hybridize with anything nearby plausible -- you have to work harder than I do to get true seed from squash.
Or, whoever you got the seeds from didn't do a good job of keeping them all straight...

@colo_lee@mstdn.social This one came from a seed packet. I have three plants and they all seem like they're doing the same thing, so they probably goofed up the whole packet
