ah fun, I just found old paperwork where I asked the national insurance provider to please please grant me some hours of therapy the form requesting that apparently got lost at some point and didn’t reach the right department for over 6 months the best part is of course: you have to do this dance every few months to get 33% of the therapy costs back. they also take a few months to process each therapy bill you submit I love our completely functional healthcare system
