As promised, I just made my KNX device stack public: https://github.com/ntrnnr/zweidraehte It's still not 100% done, but you can create TP1, IP and RF devices with and without KNX Data Secure. ETS product database generation is also included. I'll keep working on it! But now you can play around with it as well.
