I'm taking the train to downtown Chicago later today (only an hour away, but this beats sitting in traffic!). I've got a hotel room in The Loop for the weekend and will be at the Chicago Cider Summit tomorrow with friends. Tomorrow night may even find me at a club or two in Northalstead, but we'll see! I'm sure the weather will be fine downtown this weekend. There's no way anything bad could happen in January on the shore of Lake Michigan, right?
