I miss when mousing over an image consistently resulted in the alt-text popping up as a tooltip. Can we go back to that?

@BalooUriza@social.tulsa.ok.us Shit, I didn't even realize it was gone on purpose, I was just blaming popup blockers and whatever for having to click the ALT button.
