I get that it's complicated on purpose but how does something that doesn't have consent of the majority get recorded as having been agreed to? Am I missing the thing here, or is everyone else? I feel like you can't say there's agreement unless people agreed

There was this one person with the #WTFisthecouncil hashtag that you might be interested in if you also find this not as democratic as it theoretically is supposed to be
