I think the 90’s to maybe early 2010’s were the quietest US streets ever were. With the EPA “relaxing” noise regs, and the ridiculous availability of aftermarket stuff that should never be used, the traffic is incredibly loud. I know and I’m sorry for my yelling at clouds.
