I'm looking into complete #heating system inc #SolarPV + diverter or PVT while renovating an old property which currently lacks heating. All walls will have improved isolation but I'm not sure whether a #HeatPump is a good idea as we like it warm ~23C, so oil is the alternative. The house is mostly North facing (in SW UK), has a very old core (40cm stone walls) a less old section and two 1970's era extensions. A mixed bag!
