My closest friends and relatives are on Signal, but for parent chat groups it's all WhatsApp. If you want to know what's happening, if suddenly you need to bring swim stuff, a trip is delayed, there's a collection for a teacher etc. you have to be in the WhatsApp group. It's so annoying.
