@sjjh@hachyderm.io oh no. Sorry. Clarity lacking. Keep stored kernels slightly hydrated. So drop of water & seal.. Leave in the cupboard for a couple of weeks… (Old dry kernels don’t puff much). That’s separate from the cooking with is “plenty of oil, flavacol and don’t heat as fast as you think..”. 😀
