For which you will need internet to activate/play the disc.
So at this point it became a useless piece of plastic anyway.
If it was like on GoG it would at least make sense.

The disk isn’t completely useless. It’s a physical license key that is transferable and resellable. I was fully planning to purchase a used console to play GTA 6 with a physical disk, then sell both when it came out on PC. That’s still my best plan I guess.

In GTA 5, that depends in the hardware. For Playstation and XBox, the disc was enough. No code activation required. Do they change that, too?
