To circle back to the OP's topic: barring all else, a gym bro would likely be one of the first to go if there were a real apocalyptic event. It take calories to keep all those glam muscles that way, and if you're living with 4% body fat your survival margin is rather slimmer than for someone who has a spare tire around their waist. Diversity is our strength!
