Swapping the Citizen OSDE-15G-U floppy drive PCB into the OSDE-13H-U drive chassis I just got worked, as I suspected it would. The PCB just "bolted right up" and all the connectors were in the right spots. Now my PC-98 works again (I'd torn a flex cable for one of the drive heads). Thankfully my enamel wiring (from a separate repair i did to the PCB's) seems to all be correct :p
I had to swap the front eject button plastic since the button was bigger on the 13H (meant as a Compaq Deskpro part). I also swapped the plastic front drive flap, which was similar but not identical to the original.
